Over three days, you’ll explore all three branches of the lake, tasting local specialties along the way. 
This itinerary is ideal for couples, or small groups of friends, for a blend of activity, culture, and cuisine.

Ride nearly 100 km over three days at a relaxed pace, with plenty of time to soak in the scenery and savor every bite. The routes follow scenic secondary roads, cycle paths, and light off-road trails—perfect for adventurous riders with some biking experience who want a family-friendly journey full of local flavor and breathtaking views.

Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Airport Transport & Bike Fitting

Group pick up from Milan Malpensa Airport. Explore Bellagio and visit shop for bike fitting

Day 2: E-bike Tasting Tour

Taste different local food at three authentic stops around the backcountry of Bellagio, places you can only reach by E-bike! 16 miles/ 24km

Day 3: Wine & Bike Tour

Let's go taste some of Lake Como's very own wine by bike! Immerse in Lake Como's scenic hillside, rich history and flavors. Partake in a full lunch at the winery with wine pairings. 20 miles / 30km

Day 4: Cheese Valley Tour

Enjoy a scenic bike ride to the most famous cheese maker in the heart of the high Valsassina Valley. Taste the local delights and enjoy riding on a beautiful bike path. 36 miles / 52km

Day 5: Airport Transfer

Say goodbye to this outdoor Mecca, but promise us you will return for more. Transfer to Milan Malpensa airport.

Group pickup at Milan Malpensa Airport and transport to your Bellagio hotel. Take time to settle in and enjoy the  town vibes before getting fitted with your bike rentals. Stop by the shop between 4:30 and 6pm to get setup on your bicycle. 

7:30pm Welcome dinner with a view with your guide.

9:30am - E-Bike Tasting Tour - When you think of Italian food, certain delights come to mind: pasta, pastries, coffee, cheese, wine… and more! Now imagine the perfect bike ride: sweeping panoramas, alpine views, winding backroads, a touch of history, and a few tasty stops along the way. We’ve combined all of this into one unforgettable tour, giving everyone a taste of Lake Como and Italian cycling. Bellagio to authentic gems, local delicacies, and stunning vistas. Our only advice? Grab a light breakfast, hop on your bike, and get ready to savor the best spots around town!

Estimated Return to Bellagio 2:30pm.

Travel along a history filled route to the only vineyard on Lake Como. This cantina is one of the very few places that produces wine on our lake, and it’s family owned and managed! Taste of of Lake Como’s finest delicacies: great food, great wine, family environment, and a fantastic panorama! 

Estimated Return to Bellagio 4pm with the option to stay in Menaggio/Cadenabbia.

9am The Cheese Valley Tour - A beautiful bike ride from the Varenna ferry terminal to the famous Carozzi cheese factory, in the heart of the Valsassina valley. We start the ride along a panoramic climb to the small village of Vendrogno, along secondary roads that overlook the lake before descending into the valley. In the valley we ride on an alpine-style bike path that crosses the entire valley all the way to the cheese factory, our lunch and tasting destination. Many of the large cheese-producing businesses of Italy were born in this very valley before expanding nationally, and even worldwide! Still today the valley is like the headquarters for the local, precious cheese productions of all types, but especially gorgonzola and taleggio cheese. 

Estimated return to Bellagio at 4:30pm. Option to stay in Varenna to see the town. 

6:30pm  Celebrate all your hard work with a sunset aperitivo on a private boat ride.
