Every ride is led by an expert guide who sets the pace and ensures a smooth experience. For larger groups, a second guide will ride at the back to provide extra support and handle any challenges along the way. On flats and descents, we ride together as a group, while on climbs we encourage each rider to take it at their own pace—always regrouping at the summit. You’ll never have to worry about missed turns or being left behind.

We use these three levels to help you understand the intensity of our trips.

🚲 Leisure Explore
Perfect for anyone new to the saddle or just out to savor the sweet life. These relaxed rides keep things light and fun: 2–3 hours on the bike at an easy pace, sprinkled across a full day of exploring. Expect gentle climbs, gorgeous views, and plenty of time to stop for gelato or a photo. E-bikes are encouraged for an extra breeze!
Distance: 15–30 miles / 24-48km
Elevation gain: 200–1,500 ft / 50-500m

🚵  Rolling Strong
For riders with solid fitness and a taste for adventure, these routes mix steady climbs, rolling hills, and scenery that will distract from the challenging climbs. They’re moderately intense and always rewarding — with an e-bike option if you’d rather save your legs for that post-ride aperitivo.
Distance: 25–60 miles / 50-96km
Elevation gain: 500–4,500 ft / 150-1400m

🚴‍♀️ Peak Pursuit
Ready to chase big climbs and even bigger bragging rights? These epic rides are made for seasoned cyclists who love long miles, steep ascents, and jaw-dropping vistas at every turn. It’s demanding, it’s exhilarating, and it’s the ultimate way to experience the drama of our landscapes — with plenty of pasta waiting at the finish. Opt for the e-bike to turn a Peak Pursuit into a Rolling Strong adventure.
Distance: 30–80 miles / 50-130km
Elevation gain: 2,100–6,500 ft / 700-2000m

Of course! We are happy to help you in planning either a guided or self-guided cycling trip for your smaller group. Let us know how many people, whether you would like single or double occupancy, and if you prefer guided or self-guided and we can prepare a proposal for you. The 4-person minimum is only to allow us to provide sample pricing. 

On many of our trips, a support van (“sag wagon”) rides along to keep you fueled, comfortable, and covered. Expect water, energy bars, and snacks at the ready—plus extra layers when weather shifts between valleys and mountain peaks. The van is also stocked with tools and guided by experienced hands for any bike maintenance needs. 

Prefer to ride a little less distance or skip a steep climb? The van doubles as a strategic resource, ready to shuttle you between designated pickup and drop-off points. Work with your guides and driver to decide what part of the days course are best for you. Our goal: help you maximize your adventure without overdoing it. Why not make good use of the “Party Van”?

We believe the food is every bit as important as the ride. That means everything from elevated dining experiences to hidden local gems with unforgettable views, family recipes, or regional specialties you simply can’t miss. Whether it’s fine cuisine or rustic charm, every stop is hand-picked to celebrate the flavors of the region. And every menu is chosen to be unique from the others. 

Please let us know if you have allergies or food restrictions. We certainly make every effort to accomodate food sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and even strong preferences as long as we know in advance. 

We partner with a wide range of hotels to match different comfort levels and budgets. On our scheduled tours, expect clean, comfortable accommodations that let you rest well without unnecessary frills—since most of your time will be spent exploring, not in your room. We aim for 3 and 4-star, always choosing accomodations known for cleanliness, comfort and great value. 

On Bellagio local tours our standard offering is a 3-star boutique hotel. We also offer 4 and 5-star accomodation options upon request. Please inquire for a quote. 

For custom tours, we’re delighted to tailor your stay to your preferred style, whether that means charming boutique hotels, luxury escapes, or budget-friendly options.

Our tours are all-inclusive and hotel availability plays a key role. Once our hotel room block is released, rates may fluctuate. Registering before February 21 guarantees the best available price.

You can still register after February 21, we will just confirm room availability and pricing at our top partners before confirming your reservation. 

We accept checks written on U.S. banks, Wise, Zelle, or Paypal Payments. 

You can book your package with Paypal payment on the website. If you prefer another form of payment, register book your package by e-mailing us. We will send you payment details and ask for all necessary information through our booking form.  Then you will need to make a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the trip package.

Payment and Cancellation Policy  
To confirm and officially book your tour package, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days before trip departure date. If you cancel your booking 60 days or less before the package start date, you will not be refunded your deposit (50% of the trip price). If you cancel within 30 to 60 days of the trip start date, you will be refunded 25% of the trip price (assuming the trip had been paid in full 60 days prior to the trip start date). There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the trip start date.  

If you opt to pay in full to confirm your tour package, 50% is refundable up to 60 days before the package start date. 

Trip Alterations  
Bike It! Tours reserves the right to modify routes or other planned activities when necessary due to weather conditions or other uncontrollable factors. We will inform all participants of such alterations as soon as possible.  

Insurance  
We suggest that all participants have travel insurance to cover any accidents or injuries. Bike It! Tours is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property, or other loss from an accident, cancellation, or other matters beyond control (such as, but not limited to, weather).  

Photos  
Bike It! Tours takes photos and video images during trips. These photos and videos may be distributed to trip participants and posted on Bike It! Tours social media. If you consent to your image in photos or videos, please indicate your consent with your initials below.
