Booking and Payment 
 You can book your package with us by e-mailing us or by completing our booking form, and then you will need to make a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the trip package. We accept checks written on U.S. banks, Venmo Payments, Wise, Zelle, or Paypal payments.

Payment and Cancellation Policy  
To confirm and officially book your tour package, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days before trip departure date. If you cancel your booking 60 days or less before the package start date, you will not be refunded your deposit (50% of the trip price). If you cancel within 30 to 60 days of the trip start date, you will be refunded 25% of the trip price (assuming the trip had been paid in full 60 days prior to the trip start date). There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the trip start date.  

Trip Alterations  
Bike It! Tours reserves the right to modify routes or other planned activities when necessary due to weather conditions or other uncontrollable factors. We will inform all participants of such alterations as soon as possible.  

Insurance  
We suggest that all participants have travel insurance to cover any accidents or injuries. Bike It! Tours is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property, or other loss from an accident, cancellation, or other matters beyond control (such as, but not limited to, weather).
