Lake Como Triathlon Training Camp

Get ready for the training week of your dreams … in Lake Como, Italy! Swim, bike, and run while exploring new places and getting an extra challenge from the mountainous region. This week will give you the pre-season prep that you need to achieve your top results in the summer races. There will be two certified trainers following you for the entire week, along with accomplished US Masters Swim Coach, Dominic Latella, owner and founder of SwimBox.
From Friday, March 30th to Sunday, April 8th, there will be 14 planned workouts plus extra stretching sessions or informative seminars. We will explore the towns and climbs around Bellagio, but also see other parts of Lake Como and its surrounding valleys during several workouts.
